Retained searches are the best way to express our partnership on each search. Candidates feel more confident with the exclusivity a retained search provides. It is customary for Director level and above searches to be done on a retained basis.
Although contingent searches do not give the candidates the same feel and comfort that the exclusivity of retained searches can offer, it does come with the client benefit of not having to pay up front for the service.
